1.5 oz. Polar Ice Vodka
1.5 oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup (or a tablespoon of sugar)
6 Mint Leaves
4 Lime Wedges
Soda Water

Muddle mint leaves and lime in a chilled highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add lime juice, simple syrup and Polar Ice Vodka. Stir and top up with soda water.
