Vodka Mojito Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Polar Ice Vodka
1.5 oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup (or a tablespoon of sugar)
6 Mint Leaves
4 Lime Wedges
Soda Water
DIRECTIONS
Muddle mint leaves and lime in a chilled highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add lime juice, simple syrup and Polar Ice Vodka. Stir and top up with soda water.
True north Caesar
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Caesar Cocktail Mix
1.5 oz. Polar Ice Vodka
3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Celery Salt
1 tbsp. Seasoning Salt
1 dash Hot Sauce
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1 Celery Stalk
DIRECTIONS
Mix the celery salt, and seasoning salt together on a flat plate. Rim glass with mixture by wetting rim of glass with a slice of lime. Fill the glass with ice, pour in Vodka and Caesar mix. Add the Worcestershire, salt and pepper, and hot sauce. Add celery stalk and stir well.
No FUSS MULE
INGREDIENTS
1 lime half
2 oz. vodka
4–6 oz. ginger beer
DIRECTIONS
Squeeze 1 lime half into a copper mug or Collins glass and drop it into the glass. Add ice, then pour ingredients in the glass and serve
Polar Bear Shot
INGREDIENTS
½ oz. Polar Ice Vodka
½ oz. McGuinness Crème de Cacao White
½ oz. McGuinness Peppermint Schnapps
DIRECTIONS
Build ingredients in a shot glass and serve.
